Tanzania gets new police chief, (correctly foreseen by this blog). It's Camillus Wambura whose predecessor Simon Sirro appointed envoy to Zimbabwe

President of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Camillus Wambura as new Inspector General of Police. Wambura, who until the appointment was a Police Commissioner, has succeeded Simon Sirro, who has been appointed ambassador to Zimbabwe.

Ujasusi Blog correctly predicted that Sirro would have soon be gone. Another expected appointment is that of a Director General of Intelligence Service (DGIS), currently held by Diwani Athumani, who this blog can confidently foresee is on his way out.
